Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, this website sends your name, email address, message, selected real-estate interest and any selected neighborhood to the website server. The submission is stored in the site's lead database and a copy is sent by email to Sarah through AgentMail, the site's email delivery provider. Sarah uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss real-estate services and track follow-up status.
A submission is saved before email delivery is attempted so Sarah can still review it if email delivery fails. Contact records do not currently expire automatically. They are retained for follow-up and business recordkeeping until Sarah determines they are no longer needed or deletes them in response to a valid request. To ask about, correct or request deletion of a contact submission, use the contact details below.
Please do not send financial account numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Email and phone communications
Information you choose to send separately by email, text or phone may be used to respond to your question and discuss real-estate services. Those communications may also be retained as part of Sarah's business correspondence.
Technical information
The hosting service may process basic connection and security information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request or error logs. Connection information is also used temporarily to limit excessive contact-form submissions. This site has no marketing analytics or advertising pixels installed.
External websites
Property searches, social profiles, reviews and map links open third-party services. Those services have their own privacy policies and may use cookies. The brokerage property portal has a separate privacy policy.
